Welcome to BareFolk Beauty! By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and me.
Booking and Appointments
Appointments are required and can be requested anytime via the online website. ALL initial first time appointments must be made via the booking website. Once your appointment is confirmed by me you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. For sanitation and safety purposes NO extra guests are allowed.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made after the notice period will result in a 75% charge of services. Frequent cancellations / reschedules may result in restrictions on future bookings. No call / No show will be charged 100% of services.
Late Arrivals
A 10 minute grace period is given for appointments, although this is NOT an excuse to arrive past your scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will incur a $15 late fee added on and or result in your appointment being cancelled and charged a cancellation fee. Excessive and or constant late arrivals may result in restrictions for future bookings.
Payments
Payment is due at time of service. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit / debit card. If paying with cash please bring exact as I do not always have change on me.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate health information prior to services. Certain skin conditions, medications, or health concerns may affect your eligibility for specific treatments. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please inform me before your service.
Liability
Services provided are for beauty and self-care purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept the possible risks associated with treatments (such as skin irritation, sensitivity, or adverse reaction. BareFolk Beauty is not liable for any damages or issues that arise from failure to disclose relevant health information.
Respectful Conduct
I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and judgement-free environment. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

All content on this website (text, photos, logos, etc.) belongs to BareFolk Beauty. Please do not copy or use it without permission. This site may contain links to third-party booking platforms. I am not responsible for external website content or issues.
